Two weeks - Update #3 (17.05.2026)

The crowdfunding is sitting close to the goal now. I'll be honest - the speed at which it moved in the first few days still doesn't feel real. Thank you to everyone who backed, shared, or just said something nice about it. If you've been on the fence, there are still some slots left. 

One thing i want to call out specifically: all ten (10!) Goodbye Wallet Obviously slots have been filled. I'll be planning a call with each one of them to touch base, walk through where things are heading, and get the ball rolling on the sourcing collaboration side together. That part of the campaign is going to be the most interesting to build in practice, and i'm genuinely looking forward to it.

A few people have asked about setting up a Discord server for campaign/roastery updates. My intention was to cover that using these blog posts and posting additional content on Instagram. Plus, I'm active on EAF, MCL and sometimes Lance's livestreams on Discord and that's been working well. I'll consider a dedicated space if it actually adds value, but I need to weigh the overhead versus reward before jumping into it.

The first drops on the P3000 are going to look a bit different to what i've been doing. the plan right now is one drop a month, with around 25kg available per coffee. That's well over 10x what i've been able to offer on the L100, which feels like a massive step. i'm starting there deliberately - I don't fully know what demand looks like at this scale yet, and handling that volume of packaging is a new workflow i need to build properly. I'd rather start conservative and adjust than overcommit early and potentially run into issues.

Coffee sourcing for these drops has been going very well. I've been sampling new coffees every week and the quality of what i'm bringing in has been consistently above what i expected. More on that soon.

Finally - the next L100 drop is happening right after the crowdfunding closes on May 31st. Expect it to happen by or before the first weekend of June, exact date to be confirmed.

Token holders will get early access to every drop starting with that one. Based on how previous drops have gone, there's a good chance it sells out during the early access window before it even goes public. That's something to keep in mind when thinking about how to use your tokens.
