These terms apply to all purchases made through gwo.coffee. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
GWO Coffee is an individually managed online coffee store based in the Netherlands. We roast and ship specialty coffee directly to customers across the EU.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Because we roast to order, please allow for the roasting and preparation time indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands and across the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. For questions about your shipment, please contact us at admin@gwo.coffee.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before roasting has begun. Once your coffee is being roasted, cancellation is no longer possible as each batch is prepared specifically for your order. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Returns and refunds
Please refer to our [Return and Refund Policy] for full details on returns, refunds, and damaged or lost orders.
Liability
We take great care with every order, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
Crowdfunding campaign — additional terms
These terms apply to all orders placed as part of the GWO Coffee crowdfunding campaign, including orders already placed, and are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Delivery timeline
Expected fulfilment is August 2026. This is a projection and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or supply chain issues. We will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds
Refund requests may be honoured while the crowdfunding campaign is still active. Once the campaign has closed, all sales are considered final and refunds will no longer be available, except where required by applicable law.
Risk of non-delivery
By placing an order as part of this campaign, you acknowledge that crowdfunding carries inherent risk. In the unlikely event that the campaign fails and we are unable to fulfil orders, we will make every reasonable effort to recover costs and issue partial or full refunds based on recoverable funds. We cannot guarantee the amount, if any, that may be refunded in such circumstances.
