Shipping Policy

At GWO Coffee, every order is roasted fresh specifically for you - which means your coffee needs a little time before it ships.

Processing & roasting time

After your order is placed, please allow 2-4 weeks for your coffee to be roasted, prepared, and packed. We roast in small batches to ensure quality, so orders are not dispatched immediately.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• Rest of EU / international: 1-3 weeks depending on destination and carrier

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@gwo.coffee and we'll look into it.
