The campaign goes live today! - Update #2 (02.05.2026)

Quick one before today gets busy.
The crowdfunding campaign goes live in about an hour, and you're getting this first because you signed up early. That means something.
A lot has happened since the last update, so here's where things actually stand.
The roastery space is almost official! The contract gets signed on Monday, and I'll be in there from June 1st. I've been selecting and buying equipment alongside that: tables, an exhaust filter, the unglamorous stuff that makes a space actually function. Once I get the keys I'll show you all the process of setting it up and making it look like something real.
On the coffee side, I've been deep in samples. Around 75 lots over the past weeks, specifically for what comes next: crowdfunding exclusives, the release schedule once the P3000 is running, and figuring out what the menu actually looks like at this scale. Some of you saw that I was selecting some Panama special lots, but new crops from Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, etc have also been a big part of that, and there are some genuinely exciting things in the pipeline. I also went back and rebought a few of the lots that sold out on the L100 - a couple of my selections that people really liked - to do them again on the P3000 when it arrives. That one felt important to do to set a baseline for myself and to show you all what to expect.
The webshop has been fully rebuilt, and the rewards system is automated and tested end to end. I'm sure someone will still find a way to break it, but it's as solid as I can make it right now.
I'm putting the campaign link in your hands already - it's currently got a layer over it for now but it goes public in about an hour.
