Finca Amatillo

One of my last blind buys, but i only did it because I heard good things about it from someone who likes clean naturals. This one is a mix of bourbon and catuai, grown between 1600-1800 masl and has quite some deep fruit sweetness with a splash of acidity in it. The supplier reports the SCA score on this at 89.25, if you're into that but to me its just a good tasting natural processed coffee :)

As usual, I'll be cleaning it up in the roast but I'd definitely mark something non-0 on the funk scale. My art on this one was a little wild but I'd say that if you can handle some reasonably light naturalness with clean fruit in the cup, you'd enjoy this one.
