Finca Pacpa

I got a bunch of Peru lots from an importer and picked this because of the florality it showed amongst the rest on the table. The anaerobic stage before being washed gives it a pop of contrast and layering in the cup that I think gives the cup some unique qualities. 

I split the amount I sourced with Dongze who will be doing a drop of this soon as well, so if youve got the chance to get both I'd recommend that you do!
