Its back for the Colombian edition! 

1. Las Perlitas Pink Bourbon Washed (100g)

3. El Jardin Pink Bourbon Anoxic Washed (100g)

I liked this as a set that explores some variation of presentations across farms, processes and varietals in Colombia. All three have a common layer of having a floral quality in them while being very different from each other - the washed and honey mostly clean but presenting very differently in the cup and the anoxic washed being the most playful and sweet. I'd say 0.25/5, 0.25/5 and 0.75/5 funk ratings for them respectively. 

For those who dont know what this is - I periodically pick three coffees based on a theme that I think fit nicely together as a set. For example, similar processes but different origins, or the same varietal (or farm) but different process, and so on. It also gives people an easy way to explore my roast style across these coffees and it originally started as an experiment or a happy mistake and therefore I have it the name "The Happy Accident Trio".
